Educational options for beauty pros are evolving in exciting ways to serve every type of learner — a beauty industry trend we hope never goes away.
Whether you prefer immersive tech that helps with focus; crave community mentorship; or want to vibe with your instructor in person — here are three new options to explore.
Sam Villa LearnZone
Quiet the chaos, amplify the learning.

Education on the show floor? Usually a sensory overload. Enter LearnZone — Sam Villa’s distraction-free new learning zone that the legendary educator field-tested with great results at Premiere Orlando.
Rooted in neuroscience and empathy, the space dials down distractions during look-and-learns with noise-canceling headphones, comfy benches, and up-close visuals that help participants focus and retain what they’re taking in,
With real engagement and multilingual options, this is a glimpse into the future of how stylists learn, according to Villa. “This is just the beginning,” he says.
“We’re redefining what professional education looks like in every format: live, digital, on-demand, and in community. Wherever stylists learn, we’ll be there.”
Beth Minardi All Access
Hair color mastery & support from the legend herself.
The word “icon” is thrown around a lot, but when it comes to A-list colorist Beth Minardi? Yep, it fits.
With more than four decades in the industry, Minardi helped shape the modern approach to hair color education and product development via high-level stints at Clairol, Redken, Logics, and Joico before creating her own color brand, Beth Minardi Signature Shades.
She’s sharing her vast wisdom now via a new online platform, Beth Minardi All Access — a subscription-based portal packed with Minardi's go-to formulas, troubleshooting, trend breakdowns, and professional advice. Subscribers get access not only to the education and community but to Minardi herself, who gives private phone classes and answers questions via a members-only hotline.
It’s equal parts education, mentorship, and community for colorists that range from rookie to veteran.
Scruples Encore Education (S.E.E.)
Hands-on is back, baby.
Forget Zoom fatigue — Scruples is bringing IRL education with its S.E.E. program. The brand made good on CEO Bahira Shami's commitment to professional education when it recently launched its series of in-person workshops teaching the latest in cut, color, and styling.
Developed and led by Scruples’ Creative Education Director, celebrity stylist William Whatley, the sessions mix trend-forward techniques with old-school hands-on guidance and a solid foundation of theory.
The first session was held at the brand’s Houston headquarters, as is its next session from July 26-28.
“The curriculum will incorporate seasonal trends,” Whatley says, “with each session featuring different approaches to haircutting and hair coloring, to always keep it fresh.”
