Get the Formula: Chloe Fineman's Babydoll Brunette

Saturday Night Live's hilarious star Chloe Fineman stepped into summer with shiny, dimensional new highlights and lowlights in a blend that celebrity colorist Jacob Schwartz calls "Babydoll Brunette."

He achieved the lived-in look with the Schwarzkopf Professional IGORA color line to create rich tones of honey, caramel and bronde for the ultimate cool-girl vibe.

Here is Jacob's how-to:

Highlights:  IGORA Vario Blond Super Plus with 20 volume to gently lift and brighten select sections.

Lowlights:  To add depth and contrast, two lowlight formulas were applied using IGORA VIBRANCE with 6-volume developer.

  • 6-0 (30g) + 7-0 (30g) + 7-1 (10g)
  • 7-0 (10g) + 8-0 (10g) + 7-55 (20g)

Root gloss:  A custom root gloss was applied to ensure seamless blending using IGORA VIBRANCE. All were processed with 6-volume for 20 minutes.

  • Hairline: 8-0 + 7-1
  • Roots: 7-0 (20g) + 7-1 (15g) + 6-0 (5g)
  • Zone 2: 8-0 + 9-1 + a splash of 9-55

All-over gloss:  After root gloss, an all-over gloss was applied using IGORA VIBRANCE 9.5-5 with 6-volume, processed for just 30 seconds, to add warmth, softness, and a polished, radiant tone.
